The 135th Annual Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at the Hilton Hotel, One Hilton Court, Parsippany NJ.
Exhibit requests will be filed on a first come, first served basis. The Exhibit Reservation Form and thes instructions are available in both PDF format and in Word format.
The deadline for exhibit space request is Monday, December 8, 2008.

Exhibits will be located in the main hallway and a display area, both easily accessible to the deputies. As usual, we have limited space, so we must adhere to a strict policy of one 6' table and two chairs per organization and, for safety, no exhibits can go beyond the table space. Please adjust your display to fit this space. The space will be available for set-up at 9:00 am on Friday, and will be held for you until 12:00 noon at which time it will be given to someone on our waitlist.
There is a $200 Exhibit Fee for commercial vendors and for profit exhibitors as well as a $27/per person Saturday lunch fee. With rare exception, commercial vendors are limited to the one table policy. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
There is no Exhibit Fee for non-profit exhibitors. However, there is a $27/per person Saturday lunch fee required. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets are available for the Friday night banquet at $48 per person. Names of exhibitors and payment of all fees before the December 8th deadline must accompany your reservation. All attendees are asked to check in with the Exhibits Chair upon arrival at the Hilton Hotel.
To reserve exhibit space, please download and complete the Exhibit Reservation form and mail with your check to: Ms. Hester B. Wharton, 15 Chateau Thierry Avenue, Apt. 215, Madison, NJ 07940 before December 8, 2008.
